My Day App — Designing for Independence
Supporting people with ADHD, autism, or intellectual disabilities taught me that the simplest tools often have the deepest impact. My Day is a visual planning app with smart reminders.
The principle: Technology should increase autonomy, not create new dependencies. By helping users build routines, we reduce caregiver dependence and empower the individual.
