  • Data Governance: Leveraging Microsoft Purview to classify and protect sensitive data (e.g., Person IDs) using Sensitivity Labels and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), ensuring data integrity in an AI-driven environment.

Empower Agent | Multilingual Inclusive Design

A collaborative project with MiRnett designed to lower digital barriers for multicultural families.

  • Focus: Translates complex rights-navigation (NAV/Health) into accessible, user-friendly dialogues for those with lower digital literacy.
